Weekend Notes:
Saturday Kris and I worked on Kaylee's room. Our goal was to get it painted and her bed and dresser moved back so that she could sleep in her room. Note to Baw Baw, Kaylee has got a good night sleep for two nights straight. Her room was purple with dragonflies stamped on the ceiling. It took 3 coats of Kiltz on the ceiling and two coats of ceiling white. Kris had to do two coats of kiltz on the walls and then two coats of yellow and then one coat of white on the trim. The yellow is about two shades brighter than I really wanted it to be but Kaylee loves it. I am still not completely done with her room, we are waiting on a desk and TV to come in and then I still need to decorate the walls get more pillows for the bed and all of that good stuff!. We did get her curtains hung and she had an old toy box that I had Kris paint white
and we made a window seat out of it, my Mom made a cushion to go on the top of it.

Sunday.....Wow what a pretty day!!!! Kaylee and Kris practiced softball while I watched through the window due to my ever swelling feet. My Mom came over and we went and changed out the flowers on my Grandparents graves. We later grilled hamburgers and steaks and ate like a bunch of little pigs. Kris and Kaylee also rode four wheelers.
Tomorrow (Mon. 3-3) I go back to the Dr. I see Dr. McGowan this time. She is the one who let me only work four hours a day with Kaylee when I started swelling. Please keep your fingers crossed that everything is ok and that she allows me to continue to work. I really feel great other than the normal prego stuff and I am NOT ready to be at the house 24/7!!!

I might have to borrow Jennifer's sun glasses when I step into her room!! It looks great so far I can't wait to see the rest of her " totally cool room. " As for you lil miss you need to STAY off your feet and WATCH what you are eating!! REMEMBER I'm watching you and when I'm not watching I'm calling!!! Aren't you glad I'm your best friend.
Ahhh...are those panel pants? You look so darn cute. Keep those feet up and drink lots of water.
You need to watch the swelling,, it can cause major problems later during delivery, but it's hard not to eat when all that good grilled food is in front of you.... As for Kaylee's room,,,, I like the color. It's cheerful,,, happy,,, not average or depressing. AND,,, as long as she loves it,,, what difference does it make if the shade is a little off,, anyway, she's the one spending most of her time in it. Can't wait to see the finished product,,,, you should be so proud of Chris,,, And Holli.... show Pam the pictures of Don and me on my blog. I was telling her I was dating at Wal-Mart last month. We used to work together at Calsonic,,, tell her I said "hey"...

Holli,,, I nver knew blogs could help you keep up with everybody in such a easy way. I haven't figured out how to add the sites to my blog, but I have about 8 in my favorites and I check them almost everyday (yours included). And the neat thing about it, you can check it at your own leisure (it's 2:07am here). I'll be keeping up with you and the new baby this way. Make sure somebody calls me to tell me when Miss Kara Brooke makes her big entry. 684-0501.
